Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals
Come in and meet me. I do the entire grooming process myself, therefore I limit the quanity
of pets in a day in order to keep quality high.
The exception is that on Thursday, I have Jane grooming with me.
She has been grooming the same length of time as I have. She is exceptionally patient and gentle with all pets. She does an excellent job.
The process includes prebath haircut,bath, hand dry,finishing haircut and style,nails,clean ears, expreess anal glands.
A Bow or Bandana is included at no charge.
I ASK FOR YOUR PATIENCE AS THIS IS A TIME CONSUMING PROCESS.
I DO CALL AS SOON AS A PET IS COMPLETED AND READY TO GO HOME.
I have been grooming since I was 16 years old. I started by grooming in various Kennels. I learned to groom on Poodles.
In the late 60's/early 70's I raised a family, trained racehorses and groomed professionally.
It was then that I learned to groom All Breeds and cats. I was kept very busy.
I managed Scottsdale Petsmart in the late 80's/early 90's
In 93, I worked for Royal Pet Boutique, and Groomingdales both part time.
In the summer of 95, I became manager of Groomingdales at 43rd Ave and Union Hills .
I remaind their until the shop sold in 2008.
IN JUNE OF 2009 I decided to go out on my own.
I opened my first Grooming Shop "Donna's Custom Pet Grooming".
I want to thank all of my pets and their owners for helping to make this happen.Your support has been and is fantastic. I appreciate each and every one of you.
